On September 12th, Osteria del Tuffetto hosted the 50th anniversary celebration of Trebax bringing together collaborators, clients, agents, suppliers and representatives of the local community in Marzaglia. The evening began with drinks and a buffet, followed by a dinner attended by the many collaborators, clients, suppliers and consultants who have contributed to the company’s growth over the years.
Trebax CEO Cristina Casolari started the speech by mentioning that «fifty years aren’t just a number: they are lives weaving together, they are working hands, they are dreams coming true». She recalled the company’s origins, starting from the CRS foundation by Romano and Donante Casolari brothers to the transition into Trebax in the ‘90s. A special thought was dedicated to Fabio Casolari, owner and visionary technician who developed Trebax’s key patents, stressing that «talking about Trebax without mentioning Fabio would be impossible» mentioning that his intuitions still live in his projects and in the company’s culture.
Cristina also emphasized the strategic role played by Mauro Casolari’s entry into the company in the early 2000s. Now Process and Maintenance Director, his contribution led to a further development of Trebax’s technical portfolio.
In his speech, Mauro explained the meaning of the company’s name, which in Latin refers to ingenuity, emphasizing that this principle has guided the company over the years in developing creative yet always practical solutions. He described his decision to join Trebax as a personal challenge and recalled that «expertise is not enough: true value lies in the relationships we build».
Gianluca Ancellotti, Operations Director, offered the perspective of the new generation, sharing how he found in Trebax an environment where he could grow and make his own contribution. He emphasized that the «the company’s true strength is not measured in tons or euros, but in the spirit that binds its people», highlighting the value of departments, suppliers, and consultants, because «without them, no machine would work». Addressing clients, he added that «only through partnerships built on trust can the industry continue to innovate and grow».
During the dinner, awards were presented to the collaborators who, over the years, have made a decisive contribution to Trebax’s growth. Cristina presented each recipient with a personalised plaque, featuring a dedication that highlighted their distinctive contribution over time.
Each award recognized a different quality: commitment to quality and innovation, long-standing dedication to the company, the positive energy brought to the team every day, precision and balance in one’s role, or the skill to lead a department. These awards highlighted not only technical abilities but also the human and relational impact of those who support and help the company grow every day.
The celebration went on late into the evening with conversation, desserts, and live music. A convivial finale that closed a night full of memories, celebrating not only Trebax’s history but, above all, the people who make it possible every day.
