Designed to address the issue of poor visibility inside the press, the LED lighting system is suitable for both internal and external installations on the mould. Internally, it allows for detecting powder accumulation even in the hardest-to-reach areas. Externally, for instance, on the Venere monocaliber plate or on an SFS upper mould, it enables precise monitoring of the powder loading in the lower mould. The LED can also serve as a visual alarm in case of punch detachment or errors in the blowing process. Powerful, efficient, and energy-saving, it enhances safety and productivity while reducing machine downtime.
